What do we collect and why?

With your consent, we electronically collect your name, email, interest or company, message, optional website and career PDF résumé to review your application and contact you. Applications are not added to marketing lists and no automated hiring decision is made.

Access and retention

Information is stored on our server outside public file storage. Only authorized staff can access it; CVs have no public download links. Records are kept for up to 90 days then deleted. A non-reversible IP hash is briefly retained to limit abuse. Network traffic uses our existing hosting and connection infrastructure.

Requests about your data

Contact [email protected] with your reference number to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Submit only information relevant to your application, not identity documents, bank or health details.
